What are your check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available based on room availability for an additional fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival for individual bookings. Group bookings (3+ rooms) can be cancelled free of charge 30+ days prior. Different terms apply for shorter notice periods.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), mobile money (MTN, Airtel), bank transfers, and cash in RWF and USD. A 30% deposit is required at booking.
Do you accommodate special dietary requirements?
Yes, our restaurants can accommodate various dietary requirements. Please inform us of your needs when making a reservation or upon check-in.
